Superfans Product stickers will enable you to direct your customers’ attention towards specific products that are on sale and help you boost sales and conversions. Setting up this nifty little feature is extremely easy and takes no time at all!
You don't need to update your app to avail this feature.
Step 1: Go to your Superfans admin console, and go to the Stickers section on your Superfans admin dashboard.
Step 2: You'll now see a list of all active and inactive stickers on your screen. If you want to create a new sticker, click on the Create a New Sticker button.
Step 3: Select a sticker from our presets under various categories.
Once you select a category, you will be able to pick out a sticker to display over the products of your choice. You can see the sticker in action in the preview section. Click on Continue to proceed to the next step if you're happy with the sticker.
Step 4: Pick the tag that you would like to have the sticker on. The tag gets picked from your Shopify inventory. Click on the Publish Sticker button.
Step 5: Once you enable the sticker, you would be able to check the status of the sticker in the list of stickers on your dashboard.
Note:
1. If you have any Search & Filter integrations enabled, this feature will not function as of now.
2. If you label a product with two or more stickers, the latest sticker will take the priority over the ones that were previously applied.
3. The product tags support up to 250 tags from Shopify. If a store has more than 250 product tags, it will only display the first 250 in the product drop down list. If you're looking for a product that isn't on the list, you can type in the tag as it is on Shopify and press Enter to select it.
Out of Stock
Step 1: Select a sticker you'd like to have displayed on your products that have run out of stock and click on Continue.
Step 2: You will see that the product tags that have run out of stock have been selected by default for the stickers to appear over. Click on Publish Sticker for the sticker to go live.
You can also duplicate, edit or delete the sticker using the drop down menu that appears when you click on actions.

How to Use Custom Stickers (For Brand Colors & Unique Designs)
If our preset stickers do not match your brand’s color palette, or if you want a specific look for your Out of Stock items, you can upload a Custom Sticker.
Technical Requirements:
Dimensions: 500 x 500 pixels.
Format: PNG with a transparent background (recommended) to ensure it looks professional on your product images.
Steps to upload:
Click on Create a New Sticker.
In the Sticker Type dropdown menu, select Custom Sticker.
Upload your 500x500 image.
Follow the standard flow to link it to your desired Product Tags (e.g., link your custom "Sold Out" image to the "out of stock" tag).
Pro Tip: Preset stickers (like the default "Out of Stock" tag) have fixed colors. If you need a different color, using the Custom Sticker option is the best way to maintain your brand’s aesthetic.

Note: The "Out of Stock" preset color is fixed. To use a different color or a branded "Sold Out" badge, please follow the Custom Sticker instructions above.
