Logged out of your mobile preview app? Learn how to quickly update and re-authenticate your Superfans admin app.
Please follow these simple steps to reconnect your device in less than a minute:
Step 1: Access your Superfans Dashboard
Log into your Shopify Admin dashboard and click on Superfans (prev. Vajro) under the Sales Channels section in the left sidebar.
Enter your registered store email address on the welcome screen and click Next to proceed to your setup dashboard and reveal your QR code.
Step 2: Access Your QR Code on the Web Dashboard
Log into your Superfans.io desktop dashboard.
In the top-right utility menu, click on the Eye Icon (Preview icon).
This will launch the Preview App panel displaying a unique, secure QR code.
Step 3: Scan and Launch
Open the updated Vajro admin app on your phone.
Tap the white Scan QR Code button on the pink splash screen.
Aim your phone camera at the QR code displayed on your desktop screen.
Once scanned, your brand profile (e.g., Beyouvibe) will appear. Tap the black Open My App button.
🎉 Success! Your preview app is now fully re-authenticated against our upgraded secure network. You can safely browse your landing pages, check your rewards setup, and run live-selling tests as usual.
