Use the Video Widget to display product and promotional videos on your app’s home page and enhance user experience. Promote product launches, upcoming events, discounts and so much more using this feature, on your home page.

Video widgets are available for our users from the Core plan onwards.
Getting the video URL
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify admin account. Go to Content > Files.
Step 2: Click on the Upload files button to upload the video that will go on your home page.
Note:
The video size should be less than 20 MB. You can use an online video converter tool to compress your video to a smaller size.
The widget only supports videos in MP4 and MOV formats.
Step 3: Once you've uploaded your video, click the link button to copy the video URL.
Enabling the widget
Step 1: Go to Vajro dashboard > Design Editor > Change Content. Click on the Add widget button.
Step 2: Scroll through the widgets and hover over Video Banner from this list. Click on the Add to home page button that appears.
Step 3: Inside the video widget, click on the edit button.
Step 4: Paste the URL that you copied from the Shopify dashboard under Video Url. Use Redirect URL field to promote specific pages.
Step 5: Click on the Save button. To visualize how and where the video widget will appear on the home page use the preview section. This section is on the right hand side of the dashboard.
Note: The video will start auto-playing when the app user scrolls down to the section.
The gear icon on top controls the widget, and here are the details:
Duplicate: Clone the video widget to host several videos on the homepage.
Hide: Toggle this to hide the video widget from the homepage.
Schedule: Schedule the video to start and end at the specified time. (If not scheduled, the video will start as soon as the widget is set up)
Delete Layout: Delete the widget.
