The plugin is available for all our users.
Enabling the plugin
Step 1: Go to the Plugin section on the Vajro dashboard. You'll find Tawk chat under the Chat category
Step 2: Click on Tawk Chat, and click on Enable Now to get the plugin for your mobile app
That's it! You'll see the plugin marked Enabled on your dashboard.
Working with the plugin
Step 1: Login into your Tawk account, https://www.tawk.to/
Select Setting > Channel > Chat widget
Once you select the Chat widget, You will see an option on your screen as widget code, Please copy the code and share it with us to proceed further.
Here's what your customers will see
Chat can be initiated by clicking on the button at the bottom right
With Tawk.to, customers can either type in queries and get help by themselves, or click on New Conversation to get in touch with you about their queries
Typing in the text will bring up results related to their queries
Clicking on New Conversation will take you to the chat page
Attach images and videos to your messages by clicking on the attachment button at the right side of the text box
