If you want to keep your vendor or brand names private, you can hide them so they are not visible to your customers. Because vendor names can appear in multiple areas of your store, you will need to update your settings across three distinct locations: the Product Details Page (PDP), the Homepage, and the Collection/Search Listing Pages.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to remove vendor names from your app layout.
1. Hide Vendor Names on the Product Details Page (PDP)
To remove vendor or brand names from individual product pages, you can turn off the global setting in your dashboard:
Navigate to the left-hand sidebar on your dashboard and click on Settings.
Select the Product Related tab from the top navigation menu.
Locate the card options and find Display Vendor/Brand.
Toggle the switch to OFF (the switch will turn grey instead of green).
2. Hide Vendor Names on the Homepage
Vendor names shown on your store's homepage are controlled at the individual layout level rather than globally. To hide them:
Go to your homepage design or layout editor.
Click into the configuration settings for each active product-displaying widget on your homepage.
Look for the option labeled Show vendor name and toggle it off.
š” Note: If you have multiple product widgets on your homepage, you will need to repeat this step for each individual widget to completely hide the vendor names.
3. Hide Vendor Names on Collection & Search Listing Pages
Removing vendor names from collection grids and search result pages requires a specialized backend configuration.
This feature is controlled via an administrative setting called the Alternate Product Title Design, which lives under a restricted admin menu.
