This integration is available only in the Premium and Plus plans.
Step 1: Go to the Plugin section on the Vajro dashboard. You'll find Gorgias chat under the Chat category
Step 2: Click on Gorgias Chat, and click on Enable Now to get the plugin for your mobile app
That's it! You'll see the plugin marked Enabled on your dashboard.
Here's what your customers will see
Chat can be initiated by clicking on the button at the bottom right
When you're unavailable, you can configure to have messages to be displayed
