Shopify makes periodic changes to the platform to keep it performing at its best. To comply with the latest requirements, we’ll need to update the iOS/Android app to the newest version. Renewing the Apple Developer Program membership is mandatory before the app can be updated. This help document provides detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do that.

There are two main ways to know that it's time to renew the membership:

1. The app is not visible in the App Store, and thus, cannot be downloaded.

2. Customers who already have the app downloaded may experience loading issues, app crashes, and missing options.

Step 1 - Go to developer.apple.com and navigate to Account on the taskbar at the top of the screen. You will be asked to provide your apple-id and an associated password. If you do not know your login information, contact Vajro's support ([email protected]) and we will provide it.

Step 2 - Once the login details are input, you will be asked to verify your identity. Enter the 2FA code for logging in.

Step 3 - After logging in, you should see a banner at the top with a button that says Renew Membership. Click on this to begin the renewal process.

Step 4 - Fill in your payment method information and finish the payment.

Note: Once the payment has been completed, it may take up to 48 hours for the process to complete.
