How to view the last updated date of your Android and iOS apps

To start using the Advanced settings of the Fraud Protection feature, you may need to update your Android and iOS apps. This help document provides detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do that.

For Android:

Step 1: Go to the Play Store, and enter the store name in the search bar. Then, tap the search icon.

Step 2: Tap on the relevant store from the displayed search results.

Step 3: Tap About this app. Under App info, the Updated on date will be listed. If the app was last updated before June 14th 2023, you need to update your app to use the Advanced Settings of the Fraud Protection feature. Please reach out to us at [email protected] to do this.

For iOS:

Step 1: Go to the App Store, and enter the store name in the search bar. Then, tap the search icon.

Step 2: Tap on the relevant store from the displayed search results.

Step 3: Under What's New, tap on Version History to find the updated date of the latest version number. If the app was last updated before June 14th 2023, you need to update your app to use the Advanced Settings of the Fraud Protection feature. Please reach out to us at [email protected] to do this.
