During March and April 2023, some of our merchants were dealing with about 5 fraudulent orders/month, which was costing them more than $100/month in transaction fees. Additionally, the merchants were also risking their payment processing getting shut down and getting the boot from Shopify Payments for fulfilling many high-risk orders.
